Gnomic Parliament is a cheerful, social, rule-changing game for 4-8 people, ages 10 and up. The playing time is about 45 minutes. Good judgment of other players and bluffing are important game elements.
Each player is a member of the Parliament of Gnomes. The Parliament of Gnomes only works on its own procedures. The President of the Parliament proposes a law that changes these procedures.
The law is then voted on. The parliamentarians have varying degrees of influence on whether the change is passed or not. However, they prefer to vote with the majority. This is considered particularly honorable. And honor is the most important thing for them.
Any resemblance to reality is purely coincidental.
